Frequently Asked Questions

How can I order?

To receive a free quotation, you can complete the online form and either choose to receive a call back from a member of our flooring team or you can choose to receive an email. You can also get in touch by emailing info@flexi-tile.com or calling 028 9262 5898. Once you’ve received your quote and are ready to place your order, we will generate an invoice for you and arrange payment via your preferred method.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

If we have your product in stock, we will dispatch your order within 48 hours. If we do not have your product in stock, we’ll keep you informed of when your order is ready as we will need to manufacture your order in our onsite factory. You will also be notified of a delivery date when you place your order.

If the product I want isn’t in stock, how long will it take?

We manufacture all our Flexi-Tile range in our onsite factory in Northern Ireland, this allows us to minimise the lead time. We’ll be able to give you a good indication of delivery date as soon as you place your order.

Once you’ve placed your order for Flexi-Tile floor tiles, we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of order confirmation, at no charge, unless already dispatched. Orders that are cancelled after 24 hours and up to 72 hours from order confirmation, may be subject to a 10% surcharge on the order value, and only if production has not commenced for non-stock products or items have been dispatched. Order cancellation requests outside of the above timelines, will be at the sole discretion of Unicorn Flooring management and additional charges may apply.

Can I change or update my order after I have placed it?

Orders can be changed up to 24 hours after confirmation, free of charge, and after that any changes may be subject to surcharges and/or extended delivery arrangements.

Will I get an email when my product is dispatched?

You will be informed of an estimated dispatch date from a member of our team when your order has been confirmed. If you would like to speak with a member of our team, please contact 028 9262 5898 or email info@flexi-tile.com.

There is a fault with my order when it arrived, what do I do?

At Flexi-Tile we strive to make sure all orders are correct before leaving our factory. Please contact our team at info@flexi-tile.com who will assist you promptly, and please be ready to provide photographs showing the defect(s)

I have received the wrong item in my order?

Please contact our team at info@flexi-tile.com who will assist you promptly, and please be ready to provide photographs showing the incorrect item(s)

Can I get a free sample before placing my order?
You can request a free sample by filling out the online form on our website and these will be posted out to you.
