Flexi-Tile was delighted to work on a recent PVC interlocking flooring project with Renobuild, a flooring contractor based in Wexford. Renobuild were seeking a suitable refurbishment flooring solution for their client, Wanderers Rugby Club who were planning to install new flooring in their club.
The challenge
Our client specified their preference for a hard-wearing and durable flooring solution. The area of flooring required was for the purpose of the team changing rooms and surrounding corridors. The flooring solution needed to be able to withstand heavy footfall traffic, sports equipment and damage from studded rugby boots. Our client also specified they did not want to compromise on comfort and style.
The solution
Having partnered with Flexi-Tile on previous projects, Renobuild were considering an already tried and tested, Flexi-Tile 7mm tile. The Flexi-Tile 7mm tile is tough and can easily withstand the rigours of heavy use.
Renobuild liaised with Alizée, one of our Flexi-Tile flooring experts and after clarifying all the details about how the space will be used, our client Renobuild selected Flexi-Tile 7 Industrial in a black studded finish together with Flexi-Tile 7 Industrial blue studded tiles.
Our tiles come with a 10 year guarantee but have a life-span expectancy of more than 20+ years. Our interlocking tiles are easy and quick to install, low maintenance with the added benefit of being extremely easy to clean.
The contrast blue tiles added to styled finish to the project and highlights a clear walkway in the corridor area. Overall, Renobuild were delighted with the final project.
