Where do you ship to?
We can ship anywhere.
How much would delivery cost?
Becomes free of charge when your order is worth 3000£ or more.
Below this total amount the shipping costs are custom and calculated upon creating your order, so price will vary depending on product quantity, weights, and delivery destination.
Do you provide tracking information?
Please contact a member of our team to request your order status
Will I get an email when my product is dispatched?
Only customers with an account with us with payment terms receive an automatic invoice on day of dispatch
Will shipping from Northern Ireland be an issue?
Certain countries (ie. Switzerland) may have customs fees upon entering through their borders
Would there be custom charges on my order?
A production surcharge may be applied when ordering an out of stock product which needs to be manufactured under the minimum order quantity of 25m²
