The good news is that we can delivery our floor tiles anywhere. Upon placing your order, you will be provided with an estimated delivery date depending on location. The Flexi-Tile team are available to help with any customer queries you may have in the meantime.

How long does delivery usually take?

This depends on your area and the transport partner chosen for your shipment; the delivery time estimate will be shared with you at the time of your order confirmation.

How much does it cost for delivery?

Our transport team work with a number of transport partners who provide a quote based on the size of delivery and location. At the time of placing your order a quote will be provided to you. Among which we choose the most economic options for you. For orders worth £3000 or more, transport will be free of charge.

How will my order be delivered?

Small orders will be sent in packages / boxes; for orders of 50 tiles or more we would pack the tiles onto pallets. Please let us know when placing your order if you will need our delivery partner to use a truck with a tail-lift and if there are any access restrictions

Can I collect my order?

You can collect your order once we have received payment.  We will advise you on a suitable time and date.

Do you provide tracking information?
We can provide you with an order status upon request
Can I request express delivery on my order?

Orders which can be shipped in max 4 boxes with DHL or Royal Mail can be sent via Express delivery upon request, if you need any further advice, please speak with our sales team who will be able to advise further.

Do you only ship within the UK or do you ship to other countries?
We can ship anywhere.
