Our extensive 17.5-acre manufacturing site allows us to store large volumes of raw PVC material, enabling us to start tile production quickly. Injection Moulding Machines

Next, the PVC pellets are fed into our advanced injection moulding machines. Here, they are melted and heat-pressed into tile moulds, forming the iconic Flexi-Tile with precision interlocking edges.
