MANUFACTURING CAPABILITIES

Based along the banks of the River Lagan in Northern Ireland, our offices and manufacturing facilities are situated on our own 17.5 acre site.

Manufacturing our entire range in our factory is key to our strategy. As we are in full control of our supply chain, this also enables us to manage the quality of our products and we can adapt quickly and easily to customer requirements.

Flexi-Tile have placed significant investment into improving our manufacturing processes – we have injection moulding machines, 3D Printing, steel cutting and forming capabilities adjoined to our warehouse where we keep large volumes of
materials and stock.

Our team includes engineers and designers who are constantly striving to produce new and innovative products to ensure our customers can retain a competitive edge by using our product ranges.

Flexi-Tile and it’s subsidiary companies have achieved both ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 certification. Both certifications ensure that effective processes and management are in place to consistently deliver excellent products. It also recognises the overall efficiencies of our business and demonstrates our commitment to minimising the impact of our business on the environment.
