Delivery and Returns
All UK orders are Free of Charge except those to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland where additional carriage charges may apply.
Items in stock will be delivered to the UK normally within 7-10 working days. For other locations delivery times will be extended.
The majority of deliveries are by courier. The courier company normally requires a signature upon delivery however some items can be at a secure location if authorised.
When you place your order we will automatically confirm your order via email.
We will inform you when your order is despatched via email and delivery is normally within three business days from this date.
Standard deliveries are normally made between Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.

Please order from Flexi-tile with enough time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery schedule.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Damaged / Faulty Goods
All carriers are selected through stringent guidelines for service and quality control. If you have a concern regarding delivery, please advise our customer care department immediately. Damaged or faulty goods must be reported to us immediately on delivery either by phone: 0845 247 7264, fax: 028 9264 0830 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Any damaged goods MUST be signed as damaged on the delivery note. We will then make further arrangements with you to replace the damaged goods.
